Refund policy
Returns/Refunds:
At Holy Grit we take the quality of every single product we make extremely serious. Before any product leaves our hands it goes through a vigorous testing process including pH testing to ensure every product meets our standards.
Because of this we are confident in what we send out and we do not offer returns/refunds based on personal preference or dissatisfaction.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Shipping Damages :
We understand that accidents can happen during the shipping process and we want to make sure every customer is taken care of in those situations.
The only circumstances under which a refund will be issued are as follows
- The bottle arrived broken or the product spilled during shipment
- The spray trigger arrived broken or damaged inside the shipment box
If your order arrived damaged please follow these steps:
Customers have 48 hours from the date of delivery to submit a refund request.
To do so please send us a DM via Facebook @holygritcleaningco that includes clear photos of the damaged item and a brief explanation of the issue.
Requests submitted after the 48 hour window will not be eligible for refund & replacement.
Please allow us up to 1 business day to get back with you. We will DM you to let you know if your refund/replacement was approved or not(we may request further information, so we encourage our customers to keep their products with the box until we've reached out).
We love our customers and we stand behind every product we make.
This policy exists not to be difficult but because we truly believe in what we have created and we want to protect the integrity of Holy Grit while still showing up for you when it matters.
