Shipping policy

We are so excited to bring Holy Grit products straight to your door no matter where you are.
Here is everything you need to know about how we ship. 

Processing Time

All orders are processed and packaged within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Each order is carefully packaged by hand with love and intention before it ever leaves our hands.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped you can expect delivery within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can follow it every step of the way. 

Local Pickup

If you are local to the Acadia Parish and surrounding areas in south Louisiana porch pickup is available.
Please reach out to us directly via Facebook @holygritcleaningco to order and arrange your pickup.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged please refer to our Refund/Replacement Policy for instructions on how to submit a claim. All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
